To create a responsive HTML template for B2C communication that was comprised of interchangeable sections - enabling the in-house design team to retain some creative flexibility over design layouts.
I liasied with insight and conversion managers to understand open rates and customer behaviour. Thereafter, we created a modular template with 8 sections that could be mixed, matched and omitted, giving the design team a flexible framework to create new emails within. Trials showed improved conversion over non-responsive emails. The emails were rigorously tested in various email clients and on multiple devices. The solution was integrated with Adobe Neolane for message delivery, working with some dynamic javascript functions. This presented some testing obstacles, that was successfully overcome - resulting in a functional and flexible responsive email framework.
